How Solie Scent works

Recommendations

Our own Solie service computes the selection using versioned rules maintained by the editors. Your wish, your taste and the situation decide. Only your taste determines the sensory character, not the wish itself. Each hard condition is assessed per scent: met, not met, or unverified. We never present unverified as met.

Where the data comes from

Composition and packaging come from catalogue exports; community votes only with source, number of voters and a confirmed variant. We never quote third-party reviews. Each reason has one of these types:

• Your matchA link to your brief and taste.
• DocumentedData with a source and number of ratings.
• InterpretationEditorial reading of documented data, never a fact about the scent.
• CompromiseWhere the scent does not match your brief. We never hide it.

Who is behind it

Solie Scent is its operator’s personal project. The operator has an ownership link to TIPIDI s.r.o., which runs TIPIDI.cz. TIPIDI is one of the shops, ranked like all others without special highlighting. Commissions are recorded only under an actual agreement; none has been agreed yet.

Image and sound

Scenes are atmosphere, not a depiction of the scent. Sound never starts by itself. Bottle photos are shown only with confirmed usage rights.
