According to the retailer’s original note list, the top is grapefruit, bergamot, ginger, lemon and cardamom, the heart jasmine sambac, floral notes, violet, pink pepper, incense and tea, and the base cedarwood, birch, musk, cashmere wood, amber, vetiver, tonka bean and hay. We read this as a fresh, spicy citrus opening with ginger, a tea-incense heart with jasmine and violet and a dry woody finish with birch and hay. It may appeal to those looking for citrus with tea and wood. We do not yet document longevity or projection.
