Baklava Bite by Gulf Orchid. According to the retailer’s original note list, the top is pistachio and honey, the heart cake, peach and milk, and the base tonka bean, vanilla, sandalwood, cedarwood and caramel. We read this as a nutty honey opening with pistachio, a milky dessert heart with peach and a sweet woody finish with caramel and vanilla. We do not add pastry or other nuts the name may suggest. It may appeal to those looking for pistachio with honey and vanilla. We do not yet document longevity or projection.
