According to the retailer’s original note list, the top is raspberry, pineapple, pear, lavender, mint, bergamot and lemon, the heart cinnamon, clary sage, a note listed in Czech as “kmín” and benzoin, and the base tonka beans, vanilla, amber, patchouli and cedarwood. We read this as a fruity aromatic opening with raspberry, pineapple, lavender and mint, a spicy resinous heart with cinnamon, clary sage and benzoin and a sweet ambery finish with tonka, vanilla and cedar. The source does not specify the Czech term “kmín”: it can mean caraway or cumin, and we do not decide between them. It may appeal to those looking for fruit with lavender and cinnamon.
