Larimar by Maison Asrar; the maker places it among its aromatic and ambery scents. The top is nutmeg, pink pepper, cardamom and grapefruit, the heart a cashmere note, patchouli, lavender and leather, and the base tonka, ambergris, vetiver and moss. From the composition we expect a spicy opening with grapefruit, darkened in the middle by lavender and leather and led by ambergris and moss to a saltier, dry close. It may appeal to those who like leather with spice and lavender. We do not yet document longevity or projection.
